The implementation of software in an established and running system environment is a critical process which requires coordinated planning and controlled realization to eliminate technical and financial failures.
Therefore you are offered a standardized approach, which includes the following steps and the know-how gathered during the previous proof-of concept:
- provisioning of hardware resources
- identification of critical (sub-)systems and coordination of a specific approach
- acquisition of existing interfaces and required integrations
- elaboration of checklists for a controlled implementation
- preparation of schedules and fixing of milestones
- if necessary partial implementation or implementation on test systems
